Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging, with all original tags attached.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the order’s delivery date.
- The item must be in resellable condition not damaged, altered, or showing signs of wear.
- Proof of purchase (order number or email receipt) is required to initiate the return.
We do not accept returns for items that show any signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or returns requested after the 30 day period.
Returns for Defective Items
We gladly accept returns for defective or damaged products. These items may be returned even if opened or tested.
Returns for Non-Defective Items
Returns for non-defective items are accepted as long as the product is:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Undamaged
- In original condition
Used non-defective products are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used. These include:
- Items that have been worn or adjusted.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please email us at help@levoirs.store with the following details:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the item (if defective or incorrect item received)
Once your request is approved, our team will provide you with the return instructions, including the return address and packaging requirements.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
You may choose any reliable courier service with tracking capabilities.
Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not accept exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different style, color, or size, you will need to return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order on our website.
This ensures you receive the exact product you want as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare case that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at help@levoirs.store
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team carefully inspects it to ensure it meets our return eligibility conditions.
Refund Approval Notification: You will receive an email confirming whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund immediately.
Refund Timeline
- After your returned item passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 8 days.
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame:
- Check your bank or PayPal account again.
- Contact your credit card company it may take additional days before the refund officially posts.
- If still unresolved, contact your bank or payment provider.
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at help@levoirs.store and we’ll assist you promptly.
Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you are eligible for a full refund (including shipping cost) once verified by our support team.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@levoirs.store with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
Once approved, we’ll issue the full refund using your original payment method.
Order Cancellation Refunds
If you request to cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
However, if the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow the return process instead.
Refund Denials
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet our conditions.
