At Levoirs, we truly value your trust and satisfaction. Every product we ship is thoroughly inspected for quality before dispatch, but in case you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, our Refund Policy ensures you know exactly how refunds work clearly, fairly, and transparently.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only for approved returns that meet the conditions stated in our Return Policy.
Refunds are not applicable if:
- The returned item shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.
- The return is initiated after the 14-day return window.
- The package is lost during return transit due to an untracked or uninsured return shipment.
- The return label was not purchased or provided by the customer, resulting in failed delivery back to us.
Non-Refundable Charges
- The $14 flat shipping cost charged at checkout is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- If the return reason is not related to a product defect or an error by Levoirs, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Any handling or customs charges paid to third parties are also non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team carefully inspects it to ensure it meets our return eligibility conditions.
Refund Approval Notification: You will receive an email confirming whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund immediately.
Refund Timeline
- After your returned item passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 8 days.
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame:
- Check your bank or PayPal account again.
- Contact your credit card company it may take additional days before the refund officially posts.
- If still unresolved, contact your bank or payment provider.
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at help@levoirs.store and we’ll assist you promptly.
Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you are eligible for a full refund (including shipping cost) once verified by our support team.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@levoirs.store with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
Once approved, we’ll issue the full refund using your original payment method.
Order Cancellation Refunds
If you request to cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
However, if the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow the return process instead.
Refund Denials
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet our conditions.
