Order Processing and Handling Time

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our team prepares your shipment for dispatch.
Our standard handling time is 1 to 2 business days.

Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT-06:00), Monday through Friday, are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT-06:00) or on weekends/public holidays are processed on the next business day.

We take great care in securely packing each order before handing it over to our shipping partner.

Shipping Cost

We charge a flat shipping fee of $14 per order, regardless of quantity or destination.
This covers packaging, logistics, and secure delivery services.

There are no hidden fees or additional taxes. Customers are responsible only for local duties or customs charges (if any) imposed by their country or region.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our goal is to ensure every order arrives quickly and safely.

Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days

Transit Time: 3–7 Business Days

Total Delivery Time: 4–9 Business Days

Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier performance.
After shipment, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier’s system.

If tracking information doesn’t appear or updates stop unexpectedly, please contact us at help@levoirs.store and we’ll assist you right away.

Delivery Delays

While most orders arrive within 4–9 business days, external factors can occasionally cause delays, such as:

  • Extreme weather or natural events
  • Courier or customs delays
  • Holiday season shipping congestion

Levoirs is not responsible for courier delays or incorrect address submissions, but we will always assist you in resolving any delivery issues promptly.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct and complete delivery address.
  • If an incorrect address causes a failed delivery or return, the customer will bear re-shipping costs.
  • Please double check your shipping details before placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the courier marks a package as “Delivered”, Levoirs is not liable for loss or theft.
If your package is missing:

  • Check nearby areas and ask neighbors or building staff.
  • Wait 24 hours as couriers sometimes scan deliveries early.
  • Contact the courier to open a delivery claim.

Returns and Exchanges Related to Shipping

Levoirs accepts returns under our Return & Refund Policy. However:

  • Return labels are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Exchanges are not accepted.
  • Shipping fees ($14) are non-refundable.
Delivery Confirmation

A delivery confirmation email is sent once your order reaches its destination.

Order Cancellations
  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatching.
  • If you need to cancel or change details, email help@levoirs.store within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
International Orders

We currently do not ship internationally we ship within United States.
